The Philippine Society for Responsible Parenthood, Inc., as the implementing partner of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), contracted SEED Inc. to assess existing SRH program implementations and coverage relative to its possible integration into the Comprehensive Outpatient Benefit Package of PhilHealth.

World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines contracted SEED Inc. to assist the Department of Health (DOH) in developing the country’s medium term strategic health plan based on the Health Sector Strategy.

WHO Philippines contracted SEED Inc. to assist the DOH in assessing Philippine health sector performance based on the indicators stated in NOH 2017-2023.

Philippine Family Planning Standards Manual
2023 Edition
WHO Philippines contracted SEED Inc. to assist the DOH in the revision of the Philippine Family Planning Standards Manual 2021. The revised Manual provides updates on the latest contraceptive technology based on 2018 WHO Global Handbook for Family Planning Providers as well as other scientific journals. It includes necessary information that will guide Family Planning practitioners and program managers in the delivery of quality Family Planning services across the life stages.
Development of Guidelines for Expanding Public Access to Medical Assistance Program (MAP)
Through its contract with Novartis, SEED Inc. reviewed the status of patient accessibility to Psoriasis medicines at East Avenue Medical Center, determined all available fund sources that can be accessed by Psoriasis patients, determined bottlenecks in accessing those funds, and recommended solutions to expand access to medicines. It also developed guidelines that the facility can use to expand patient availment of medical assistance in the hospital. The project resulted in improving the supply of affordable drugs in the facility.
Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of TB Diagnosis and Treatment Models in Papua New Guinea- National Capital District
WHO-Papua New Guinea entered into an Agreement with SEED Inc. on the review of the different approaches for TB care delivery in NCD communities. The main output is a report on the results of the cost-effectiveness study of the interventions implemented by the different projects/organizations, with technical recommendations for improving future project operations and management, and guiding national decisions on resource allocation.

National Objectives for Health (NOH)
WHO Philippines contracted SEED Inc. to assist the Department of Health in developing the country’s medium term strategic health plan based on the work initiated by the Ateneo School of Government. The project involved various multi- stakeholder consultations with concerned national government entities, local government units, NGOs, the private sector and development partners. It ensured consistency of the NOH to the DOH priority policy on FOURmula One for Health Plus, which serves as platform for the implementation of the Universal Health Care.

Central Visayas Center for Health Development (CVCHD) Medium-Term Strategic Planning for Health
CVCHD contracted SEED Inc. for the development of its medium-term health plan aligned to Universal Health Care and NOH 2017-2022. The plan serves as the roadmap of the region in translating the policy reforms of the Universal Health Care into concrete strategies and interventions at the local level.
Strategic Planning for Centers for Health Development – Central Luzon and Cordillera Administrative Region
The CHDs of Central Luzon and Cordillera Administrative Region contracted SEED Inc. for technical support in guiding CHD personnel and concerned local health officials in formulating their respective regions’ strategic health plan and investment plan to help attain the health-related targets of the Millennium Development Goals, the Philippine Development Plan and the NOH.
